David Cacciapaglia – Treasurer- Term Expires 2027

Directors are elected to three year terms at the Annual Meeting if a quorum is present.  All members are uncompensated volunteers.  The Board welcomes membership participation in meetings and encourages members to consider Board service.

Election Rules

The election process is prescribed by California law and regulations, including the David Stirling Common Interest Development Act.  The HPPOC has adopted election rules and procedures that conform to these regulations, which are posted below:
